Damaged Product or Fulfillment Error

If you received a defective/damaged product or have an order fulfillment error, we will be happy to arrange the return shipping. Please contact Customer Service via email @ filippo@protechsystems.ca on the day of receiving your order and we will provide you with instructions for returning your product if approved.

If you receive a product that has been shipped to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected at our office, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within 10 business days.

Shipping

Prior to shipping back an item you must contact us at filippo@protechsystems.ca for an RMA approval.

To return your product, you should ship your product with the approved RMA # to:

For all approved returns please use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not be responsible for items lost from returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
